Instructions for Android :

1. Tap OK or DOWNLOAD button to download Cryptorers.apk

2. Tap OPEN or click on the downloaded Cryptorers.apk file to start installation.

3. Allow the installation of the app from the browser ( chrome , safari , firefox etc. ) you are using.

4. Register and Login to Play.

Once the user downloads the Cryptorers App , User will open the app to register and enter the active mobile number , Email address , password and submit. User will receive an OTP (One Time Password) on the entered mobile number for verification. Enter the received OTP on the OTP verification screen and submit. Once the Mobile number is verified, the user has to provide some basic details and then they are all set. There are many contests available on Cryptorers. Join the contest you want to play and win big.

A user will receive an OTP within a couple of minutes after submitting the mobile number. In case a user still do not receive an OTP, then the user should re-check the following details:

1. Mobile Number entered is correct

2. Mobile Number is not registered with DND ( Do not Disturb ) Services.

3. Mobile Network is strong and not fluctuating

A user can select the RESEND OTP option and can ask for new OTP also. In case, if the new OTP is still not received by the user then the user might have to check with the respective network service provider.

A user residing in a state where Fantasy Games are Prohibited will not be able to activate the account in any circumstances.

It's a humble request to all the u sers to provide the correct details and follow the government guidelines on Fantasy Games - Individuals residing in the Indian states of Assam, Odisha, Sikkim, Nagaland, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Meghalaya or Tamil Nadu (“Prohibited States”) are not allowed to participate in any paid Contest as the laws of these states are unclear/ bar persons from participating in games of skill where users are required to pay to enter.

To withdraw the winnings from the Cryptorers , A user must complete their KYC ( Know Your Customer ) which is mandatory. KYC on Cryptorers is a 5 step Process.

1. Mobile Number - Verified at the time of Registration.

2. Email Address - Verified at the time of Registration.

3. Aadhaar Verification

4. Pan Card Verification

5. Bank Account Verification

Click on the MENU icon at the top left corner → KYC Details → click on “Aadhaar”.
A user enters their AADHAAR CARD NUMBER as mentioned on their aadhaar card and submit. The user will receive an OTP on the mobile number linked to the provided Aadhaar Card Number for verification. After verifying the OTP , Allow digilocker to access the details.

Once the Access is granted and the Verification Request is submitted , It may take up to 3 business days to complete the verification process for the Aadhaar Card.

P.S. - Once the user completes the Aadhar Card Verification , under no circumstances a user will be able to change or unlink the Aadhaar Card and the Aadhaar Card will be exclusive to that Cryptorers account only. It cannot be used on any other Cryptorers Account. User's Account will be suspended if the user belongs from a state where fantasy games are prohibited.

Click on the MENU icon at the top left corner → KYC Details → click on “Pan Card”.
A user enters their PAN CARD NUMBER as mentioned on their PAN CARD and submit. Name and DOB on PAN CARD must match with the verified Aadhaar Card Number for successful verification.

Once the Verification Request is submitted , It may take up to 3 business days to complete the verification process.

P.S. - Once the user completes the Pan Card Verification , under no circumstances a user will be able to change or unlink the Pan Card and the Pan Card will be exclusive to that Cryptorers account only. It cannot be used on any other Cryptorers Account.

Once the PAN CARD is verified, you can’t change/update it or use it for any other Cryptorers Account.

Your PAN card verification may be getting rejected due to the reasons mentioned below along with the solutions:

The PAN Card you’ve provided is already linked to another account.

Solution : If in case you have already verified your PAN CARD with another Cryptorers Account , Kindly use that account because the PAN CARD can only be used/verified on a single Cryptorers Account.

You’ve provided a company PAN Card.

Solution : To Verify your PAN CARD on Cryptorers, you will need an individual PAN Card, Kindly submit a PAN Card that has your name on it.

The Name on PAN Card details you have entered does not match with the Name on your AADHAAR Card.

Solution : You seem to have entered an incorrect PAN Card details. Kindly recheck the details and submit again.

You can verify your Bank Account only after verifying your Aadhaar Card & PAN Card. To verify your Bank Account you must have a valid Bank Account from Non - Prohibited state . User's Bank Account Name must match with the verified Aadhaar Card Number for successful verification. A user must enter the IFSC & BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER and submit the details for verification.

Once the Verification Request is submitted , It may take up to 3 business days to complete the verification process.

P.S. - Once the user completes the Bank Account Verification , Right Now, a user will not be able to change or unlink the Bank Account and the Bank Account linked will be exclusive to that Cryptorers account only. It cannot be used on any other Cryptorers Account.

You can't verify any bank account from Assam, Andhra Pradesh, Odisha, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Nagaland, Meghalaya, and Sikkim ( Prohibited States )

Once the BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER is verified, you can’t change/update it or use it for any other Cryptorers Account.

Your Bank Account Number verification may be getting rejected due to the reasons mentioned below along with the solutions:

The IFSC you are providing shows a red cross instead of a green tick.

Solution : Please check that the IFSC mentioned is correct and does not belong to a state where fantasy games are prohibited and then re-enter the correct/updated IFSC and submit again.

The Name on Bank Account details you have entered does not match with the Name on your verified AADHAAR Card.

Solution : You seem to have entered incorrect Bank Account details. Kindly recheck the details and submit again.
